Clear fulfillment expectations before you buy.

Pallet Reserve ships eligible items and offers local pickup by appointment on qualifying orders. Because inventory is limited and product types vary, fulfillment details matter — this page explains what buyers should expect.

Shipping timeline

Most standard-size orders ship within 1–3 business days unless the listing states otherwise. Tracking details are provided after shipment when applicable.

Local pickup

Pickup is available by appointment after payment confirmation. Buyers will receive pickup instructions and scheduling details once the order is ready.

Large or specialty items

Some oversized, fragile, mobility, or specialty items may require local pickup or a delivery quote before fulfillment. If a listing has special handling requirements, those listing-specific terms control.

What happens after checkout

  1. 1. Your order is reviewed and matched to the purchased item.
  2. 2. We prepare the item for shipment or pickup based on the listing terms.
  3. 3. If shipping applies, tracking information is sent when available.
  4. 4. If pickup applies, we send appointment details after the order is ready.
